(MC360) MC360：最新的發卡中心

MC360在昨天（6月21日）發佈了最新版（Beta 0.98565），算起來，這是第三版。和之前那版一樣，這一版又多加了不少功能，所以includes.xml檔的中譯又得重新整理過一次，希望 MC360的更新速度千萬別太快，否則光是要更改includes檔就累死人了！

用了將近一天，介紹一下我發現的新功能。首先，就是使用 者可自訂「主頁面卡」。從以前的貼圖大家應該就可發現，在各主頁面（遊戲、多媒體、系統、附加功 能）的左上角，有一張卡片似的小box，這個box最初只是一張「玩家卡」而已，後來在許多使用者的建議之下，慢慢變成了一張「萬用卡」，上一版時就多加 了「系統資訊卡」和「氣象資訊卡」，而這一版則讓使用者可以在不同的主頁面選用不同的資訊卡。以下圖為例，我以我的需要，在附加功能主頁面時選的是「系統 資訊卡」，在遊戲主頁面則換成「玩家卡」，而在最常用的多媒體主頁面，放的就是「氣象資訊卡」。（下面的貼圖中，其預覽圖不知為何全跳回成「玩家卡」，懶 得再擷圖，大家就將就點看吧:p）

以下一連三張圖，就是在以上的設定之下，各主頁面所呈現出的不同主頁面卡。




再介紹一個也是非常貼心的功能，特別是對我這種「圖示狂」來說。

我 不管是燒在DVD片，或是存在硬碟裡的影音檔，一定都會想盡辦法弄上圖示，有時我變態到開啟資料夾就只為了欣賞圖示！但說實在話，螢幕的空間畢竟有限， 在大圖示的檢視模式之下，該檔名常常不能完全顯示，而且在同一個頁面，往往只能看到四到六個檔，所以在瀏覽及選擇檔案時，最理想的檢視模式還是「列表」模 式， 但在列表模式之下，圖示就變得有如「鼻屎」般緲小了。

現在MC360則弄了個有點折衷的做法。首先，請確定沒有勾選「關閉列表檢視圖示」。

如此在以「列表」模式瀏覽時，左下角會顯示你目前遊標所在的檔案圖示，就和你用大圖示時的大小一樣！如此方便瀏覽、選取，也方便圖示狂們欣賞、陶醉……這個功能的缺點，在於那個圖示視窗是正方形的，遇到多為長方形的影片圖示時，該圖示會被水平拉寬成正方形，圖示就醜掉了！希望下一版時，能把影片頁面的該圖示視窗改成長方形。

最 後再介紹一張卡：「現在播放」卡。要先到「MC360導覽」-->「個人化設定」-->「「主頁面卡設定」-->「啟用『現在播放』 卡」。啟用這張卡，是在有媒體播放時，把各主頁面的左上方的資訊卡，改以「現在播放」卡來取代，如下圖，就是在播出音樂時，「現在播放」卡的顯示狀態。
要 附帶說明的是，這張「現在播放」卡的標題名稱，這又要從XBMC的中文化開始說起了。話說一年多前dog_akira兄中譯的時候，我在遊戲網咖有針對一 則英文叫做「Now Playing...」的翻譯提出意見，這個項目是出現在選擇個別影音檔案時，按下白鍵後的內容選單裡。我當時的建議是，可以按字面意思，翻成「現在播 放…」，或是不管原文字意，以其功能翻成「切換至播放列表」，而dog_akira兄採用的是後者。就考慮到操作時的易於理解來說，這是無可厚非的選擇， 但用在現在MC360的這張卡時，就有了一點問題了。或許在下一次繁中字串更新時（不管是由哪位大大負責），可考慮將「Now Playing...」改譯回「現在播放」，讓這張卡的名實能相副。

(XBMC) 2006-0621「蟲蟲危機」解除！

不知是不是下面這條修正：

總之，最新的XBMC把繁中之下，溫度單位變成「蚓」的這個名副其實的"bug"給除掉了！現在不管是什麼skin，你愛用什麼字型就用什麼字型，再也不必事先用font creator去修改了！

希望從此以後，這個「蚓」正式絕跡，再也不要出現在我的XBMC裡了！

(MC360) MC360和T3CH分家囉！

剛從MC360官網看到的消息。大概是說開發小組無法配合T3CH釋出的截止時間，搭配出去的話也是不完全的版本，為了避免困擾，以後MC360只能從官方的下載網頁取得。

其實這樣也好，MC360以自己的進度來開發、修正，喜歡這個Skin的人自行下載更新，這樣流傳的版本會少一點，對喜愛自行動手修改skin的朋友來說，也比較不會有適用期限過短的壓力……

另外，在下載網頁上，開發小組表示，語言系統正在進行大改版，以後的語言應該會比較容易切換吧！

(MC360) 2006-06-14 與MC360（二）

再貼幾張別的畫面。這是MC360 Guide，我翻成「MC360導覽」的頁面。這裡可以進行一些個人化設定，像是第二張圖所列的那些。而附加功能部份，由於已經獨立出一個單獨的頁面，在這裡的功用就不大了。

在主頁面的左上方，可以選擇要顯示的元件，像是要啟用「玩家卡」（可參考前一版的圖），還是氣象資訊（前一篇文的貼圖），或是系統資訊（忘了抓圖，內容就是xbox的ip，和硬碟容量）。要有如同我貼圖上的日期、時間，則必須啟用「主頁面時鐘顯示」。
播放音樂時，切到播放列表的畫面。左下方的時間條可放大，顯示的是「視覺效果」。

播放影片時，切換至播放列表的畫面，可看到可愛的小預覽畫面。

影片資訊的畫面，感覺比Project Mayhem III還美觀，且閱讀起來也舒服多了。

(MC360) 2006-06-14 與MC360（一）

我前一陣子用來開機的XBMC是0503的版本。這個版本是不是最穩，我不知道。不過當時會留這版，大概是因為後來一段時間的更新，我不是很在意，等到想 更新 時已經隔了有一個多星期，於是就在Xbox硬碟裡留下這版，直接把新版放到新的資料夾裡。但是新版使用起來一直不順手，所以又用回0503版。

後 來幾版的XBMC，有幾個我常會用到的重要功能不是失效，就是被移除。像是Vobsub字幕大小的調整，像是串流strm檔的播放，像是UTF-8的字 幕支援，像是溫度顯示的亂碼……直到現在，這些功能有的仍然有問題，但像是strm檔和UTF-8字幕功能都已陸續修復，加上新版的MC360桌面的誘 人外觀，因此我決定把舊的0503當成是候備，而又重以新版開機。

我特別注意strm檔的播放，是因為我有時會利用這個功能，連上CDN收看大聯盟球賽，這個功能失效的話，我不會認為這是個合我用的版本。這個功能應該是6月12日修復的，而我現在用的是6月14日的版。下面兩張是今天早上收看時的擷圖，當然，畫質並不怎麼高明就是。


在 此特別聲明，我目前使用MC360的中文include檔，是我自己翻譯的。本來有打算在TvGame360分享，也已經貼出去了，但就在發表後，才發現 已有別的網友早兩分鐘分享他的翻譯，為避免不必要的麻煩和誤會，也證明我無心「插手」翻譯的工作，更無意制定什麼不能更改的規範，因此我立即將該文刪除。 也就因為我的include檔是我獨家製作的，翻譯名詞可能會和一般人使用的不同，而短期之內我應該不會更換別人的翻譯，同時也不會在別處貼相關的文章 了。

在MC360剛推出時，我並沒有急著變更其外觀，因我覺得這個skin剛開始幾版一定是修改頻繁，早改只是早做白工。現在MC360 也才出到第二版，但評 估一下，為每個主頁加上我習慣看到的日期，並修改其字體大小，總共只動四個xml檔裡的一組設定，到下一個MC360版的推出，至少可撐一個星期，這個投 資報酬率還算值得，所以就給它改下去了！

我改好的外觀如下，主要是在每個主頁的「系統時鐘」之前，加入「系統日期」，同時把字體調小，並 把它原先設定的「向左對齊」改成「向右對齊」，這樣就不會 有字串太長，以致顯示不完全的困擾了。當然，為了改成向右對齊，必須把該字串的x座標設成右側顯示的對齊點，而改小字體後，也需要把y座標向下調整，如此 頁面才 比較協調。
修 改的檔案分別是：Home.xml（多媒體主頁）、Settings.xml（系統主頁）、custom1113_ExtraHome.xml（附加功能 主頁）、custom1112_GamesHome.xml（遊戲主頁）。修改的地方，以多媒體主頁為例，原設定是：

其他各檔，由於本身的x座標都不同，所以設定也不一樣。基本上，我的「公式」是把原x座標全部加50，改成向右對齊；而y座標則全部加5。


(MC360) MC360的中文字型（三）

今天還是在弄MC360的字型。可能是我比較龜毛，若桌面的字型看不順眼，根本就不想要進行下一步的介面調整的工作。到昨天為止，我比較滿意的字型，是我 加粗後的王宗漢細黑體，但是這個字體的文字量太少，在XBMC桌面改為UTF-8顯示之後，使用起來就覺得不足夠了。Arialuni.ttf在 MC360之下太細，於是我又採用上次加粗王宗漢字型的做法，用font creator這個軟體把每個筆劃都加粗了一些，而其效果也還不錯。

我 又試了別的字型，這次找的是號稱內含二十三國字型的X康中黑體；當然，還是得經過加粗的處理。在跑完font creator之後上傳使用，覺得比加粗後的Arialuni.ttf還好看些，我想這個字型將成為我使用MC360這個skin時的主力字型了。這一波 的字型測試，到這裡就暫時結束。

這是我目前最滿意的字型，中文字清楚易辨，英文字也還蠻可以搭配的。


分享的檔案裡有日文的話，這個字型也可正常的顯示。
顯示韓文（字幕選項）也沒問題，這才能完全發揮UTF-8的妙用。


另 外，就是關於font.xml裡的字型設定。昨天以前，我都是採用檔案裡面MC360那一組ttf的字型設定，去修改為所使用的中文字型。但後來在 TvGame360的討論區裡，從cmy004兄的發言中才得知，這一組ttf字型的設定並不完整，以致skin裡有許多字並沒有秀出來。我在比對之後， 發現共有五組字型是缺的：font11, font16, font20, bold14, bold16。把這幾組字型設定加進去之後，MC360上的文字才能完全顯示。我現在的中文字型，是把每組字的大小增大了四級，去掉所有的<style>bold</style>，設定如下：

(MC360) MC360的中文字型（二）

又換了幾種字型，感覺還是和昨天一樣，原本筆劃較粗的字，在去掉MC360的bold效果後，顯示出來的字比較好看；而原本屬於筆劃細的字，若藉由bold效果加粗，卻是很難看。以下這一張是一般的楷體加bold之後的畫面。字我已經加大了，但整體而言效果不佳。
以下兩張是用到「顏體」，粗肥的顏體字在此感覺還不錯……

以下兩張是「毛楷體」
變換各種字型還蠻好玩的，但問題是這些中文字型的其他語文支援較差（與Arialuni.ttf相較）。若是分享的檔案有日文，或是想要看別國的RSS，這些字型就不夠用了。

下次再試試魏碑體看看。

(MC360) MC360的中文字型（一）

在試過了原先最喜愛的Arialuni之後，我又換了兩種字型。一種是文鼎粗楷體，一種是我自製的王漢宗「粗」黑體，目前來說，我較喜歡王漢宗粗黑體。當然，這要在設定font.xml時，把bold的效果全部去掉，否則會黑成一團。貼圖吧：

註：受限於本Blog的格式，我貼圖的尺寸若寬度超過400p，整個blog的顯示就會大亂，因此我的圖片不能貼的太大，請多包涵！

(MC360) MC360初用心得

OK，等了有三個多月，終於等到beta版的公開。不過說真的，初步的感覺除了漂亮、炫目之外，在使用上，Project Mayhem III仍是方便許多，可能是PMIII用得太習慣了吧。

要取得這個Skin，可以到官網去下載。而從060606的T3CH XBMC開始，本Skin也會附在其中。

我 是從官網下載的，下載時頻寬大爆滿，又等了好久才下載到。為了早搶那幾個小時的新鮮感，付出的代價還真不小。下載到之後，先看一看font.xml檔，只 設了一組default和一組MC360的字型，如果是喜歡用「老方法」以中文字型改名arial.ttf的話，肯定無法中文化了。老老實實地在 font.xml多加了一組字型，請記得要在id的tag裡加上unicode的設定，否則就選不到了。例如：

可 以看出，這個Skin的許多選單文字，是另行設計的，並不是從繁中的語言串取用。還好這些外加的文字，並不是分散在各xml檔裡，而是集中在一個叫做 includes.xml的檔（此檔在pal資料夾裡），要全面中文化的話，還得將這個檔的語言串從英文翻成中文。這個部分我從MC360官方討論區裡，取得有簡體中文的翻譯，然後再逐行比對、修改、增刪，弄了一個繁中的includes.xml。取代原來英文的includes.xml之後，中文化的徹底多了：








剛 使用的朋友一定不會習慣。例如我「氣象預報」的頁面就找了好久，而RSS也逛了好一會才找到開啟的選單。基本上，有些東西被放到了extras裡（我翻成 「附加功能」），而那個有附加功能的視窗（MC360把視窗稱之為blade，像是刀身、葉片般的弧型視窗，我先將之翻成「頁面」），要按start鍵才 跑得出來。

我原本就很討厭中文字用粗體表示，因為在xbmc或是網頁裡，所謂的bold，就只是把文字向旁錯個厚度而已，對英文字母而言 的話，這樣還很美觀，但中文字筆劃比較複雜，一「bold」起來，字變得難以辨識，且很醜。我之前在自設xbmc字型的時候，都刻意把粗體效果拿掉，但這 次在弄MC360字型時，卻不得不保留，此乃MC360內的文字，大多都加有陰影效果，如果字不加粗會更難看！晚點我再試別的字型看看。

(XBMC) 語言碼的「本土化」

剛做了一件有點無聊的事……

我 以前有修改過mplayer目錄下的ISO639-1.xml和ISO639-2.xml這兩個檔，這兩個 檔裡放的是語言碼的縮寫和全名的對照表， ISO639-1.xml放的是兩位縮寫（如en），而ISO639-2.xml放的是三位縮寫（eng）。剛開始，是因為從射手網找來的字幕檔，常以 cht和chs來代表繁體中文和簡體中文，而這兩種縮寫在ISO639-2.xml中並沒有設定，以致在XBMC的OSD裡要選字幕時，只能看到cht， 而不能看到完整的如Traditional Chinese的全名。我加入的設定如下：

後來又覺得Traditonal Chinese不夠酷，於是我又改變了ISO639-2的編碼方式為big5，把Traidional Chinese改為「繁體中文」，連帶的連ISO639-1裡的某些常見語言，也一併改了中文，如「英文」、「日文」等。

在XBMC桌面顯示全面改為UTF-8之後，可玩的就更多了，因為語言碼的全名可以用各語言的「本土化」語言顯現。例如chs就設成「简体中文」，而韓文的縮寫ko，就設成「한국어」。 前一陣子，XBMC進行XboxMediaCenter.xml的大改版，把很多設定都放到AdvancedSettings.xml裡，而這個語言碼的 設定也變成可以外加到這個檔裡（ISO639-1.xml和ISO639-2.xml仍然存在）。我剛才把外加的那些語言碼設定加到 AdvancedSettings的同時，忽然覺得這樣還不夠有趣，於是找了一大堆本土化的名稱，重新改寫了ISO639-1.xml檔，除了原先設定的英文名之外，另外加入俄文、希伯來文、阿拉伯文、越南文、希臘文、印度文……反正大概想得到的，我都加進去了，雖然我也知道那些語文用到的機率是等於零。反正我開頭就說了，這是很無聊的東西。
